Wizard Disclosure Agreement for Wizard Tool
This disclosure agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Optiwow and the user
(”User”) of the wizard tool for recommending age-appropriate eyeglasses for children (“Wizard Tool”).
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of the Wizard Tool.
Purpose of the Wizard Tool
The Wizard Tool is designed to provide recommendations for age-appropriate eyeglasses for children
based on our expertise and knowledge. The purpose is to assist parents in selecting eyeglasses for their
children.
Limitations and Margin of Error
The recommendations provided by the Wizard Tool are based on our expertise and accumulated
knowledge in the field. However, it is important to acknowledge that no recommendations can be 100%
accurate due to variations in individual age, phisnomy and other factors.
The Wizard Tool may have a margin of error, and the recommendations are estimates based on
averages and generalizations which could affect the suitability of the recommended eyeglasses.
User Responsibility
Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and discretion when using the recommendations
provided by the Wizard Tool.
The Wizard Tool’s recommendations are not a substitute fit for professional advice.
Company’s Responsibility
The Company “Optiwow” is not responsible for the fit, comfort, or effectiveness of the eyeglasses
selected based on the Wizard Tool’s recommendations.
The Company shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from the use of the
recommendations provided by the Wizard Tool.
Use of the Wizard Tool
By using the Wizard Tool, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the
Agreement.
Acceptance of Agreement
By using the Wizard Tool, the User signifies their acceptance of this Agreement. If the user does not
agree with the terms of this Agreement, they should refrain from using the Wizard Tool.
