What to Expect After Your Order

    A licensed pediatric optician will review the order within one business day and verify that it is complete and correct.

    ORDER

    We order from the frame maker to ensure warranty and typically receive frames within 4 to 6 business days.

    CREATE

    We begin producing lenses upon receipt of the frames. It takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the lens.

    QA

    All eyewear must pass a rigorous quality assurance (QA) inspection by a licensed pediatric optician. No other online optical source does this.

    WE SHIP (FAST)

    Your eyewear order will be packaged with care along with a case and shipped to your door. We’ll notify you when it ships.

We can fill any prescription for any frame. And we know from experience what frames work best with certain lens thicknesses. Strong prescriptions (those above a (+) or (-) 3.00) will likely require thick lenses unless you upgrade to thinner and lighter polycarbonate aspheric lenses.
